Govt invite applications to improve designs of Kondapalli toy
The state govt has been inviting applications from artisans to develop moving Kondapalli bullock cart toy. First prize of Rs 2 lakh, second prize of Rs one lakh and Rs 50,000 third prize would be presented to the winners.
In a statement here today secretary, General administration N Srikant said that the state govt has been presenting Kondapalli bullock cart toy to the guests. Now it is planning to present a moving Kondapalli bullock cart toy to the guests. The improved designs of the Kondapalli toy should reach the govt by December 31. Artisans can get additional information from asprotocol@gmail.com or Ph 9705906942 till December 20.
He said the designs will be exhibited in first week of January next year and first three winners will be selected in second week. The new Kondapalli toy should be 25 cm in length, 10cm width and 15cm height. He said battery or motor should not be used for movement of the toy..
The secretary said that the state govt has total powers on the selected designs.
